- If the goods have a manufacturing fault, you can return them without any restocking or pickup fees. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery or as soon as reasonably possible.
- If you over-order or order incorrectly, a restocking fee of at least 25% will apply to returned goods. If you need us to collect the items, a delivery fee will also be charged.
- Returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition. Damaged products cannot be accepted.
- Special order or non-stocked items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Goods for credit or return must be processed within 30 days of delivery.
